mail art Recently, I learned about ATC's (artist trading cards) and I love making and exchanging them. Here is the main ATC web site. There are also many online trading groups that you can join. I think its a great way to meet people from all over the world and share art. The coolest thing about ATC's is that there is only one rule--the card must measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches--OK two rules. You've got to use a sturdy card stock. Any medium is fine: pen and ink, pencil, colored pencil, paint, collage, whatever you like. Be sure to sign and date the back and include your email address so people can contact you. The cards are traded one for one and they can be stored in clear plastic sleeves made for baseball card collections. Some of my new ATC's May 26, 2003 Here are some more hand stitched ATC's. The heart & hand and the frog are made with my hand carved stamps.
